Our classes are designed to cater for all levels of ability from experiences artists to complete beginners. Classes themselves are split into beginners and improvers, and the material taught will also cater to the abilities of the individuals in the class. The classes themselves will work on developing core strength (see ‘what should I expect form the class?’) so you don’t need to be a gymnast or super-fit before you start!
Our classes always begin with a structured warm-up and core conditioning work. We then move onto aerial conditioning, using the different equipment to condition. The rest of the session will involve working on a variety of equipment, learning new moves and transitions on various pieces of aerial circus equipment. You may have the opportunity to try static trapeze, silks, silks knot/hammock, rope and aerial hoop.
